David Seaman
Executive Chef




Our Executive Chef, David Seaman, has been with us for the past 8 years, and has been cooking for the past 22 years. He started out at The Golden Arches as a teenager, and working his way up to ranks of head chef by his 26th birthday.

His inspiration for cooking came at an early age from his grandmother, whom he still refers to as the best chef in the world.

Having worked at several Montreal eateries over the years, such as the Bell Center, the St. Raphael golf club, Bella Fontana, Emilio’s, Sherlock’s and the Inter Continental Hotel, he gained all of his culinary knowledge on the job.
He also owned and operated his own catering company for 5 years, Baci Di Dama Catering.

He is a chef who enjoys experimenting with local produce, and creating gastronomically memories for our customers, while always keeping a keen eye for quality and freshness.

David is also a resident chef with www.cookanddate.com giving cooking classes and culinary insights to singles.
